This is an interesting approach for couples who want the wife to lead but are not quite sure how to make that happen. 

It really is a list of suggested rules the husband has to obey along with punishments for infractions.

I would describe this as a beginner's book and it is very popular.

Femdom for Nice Girls: A Self-Guided Manual for the Caring Mistress

This manual is much more my cup of tea. 

It is nicely written and takes on the question of how a "nice girl" can also lead her relationship, discipline her man and have a wonderful time doing it.

Most importantly, it assumes that its reader is very hesitant about assuming the dominant role in her relationship. So, if you are a wife who has been asked to explore taking charge or if you are a husband who wants a way to ask his wife to become the head of household this is an excellent place to start.
